It’s such a pleasure to attend the grand opening at Lady Life Pilates @LIC. I have been to the bayside location several times. The LIC location is very spacious and everything is brand new! Bayside would be too far from me and this new location would be very convenient for me.

Beautiful studio! I took the leg & glute Pilates with Winnie Tseng and the class was so good! It was a reformer group class (max 6 people). I got such a good workout! They just opened and are offering a free trial class, and also a one week unlimited special for $99. I’m referring all my friends! The equipment is all brand new, the studio has beautiful decor and light, and the staff is so wonderful. The front desk staff and instructor were so professional and welcoming. I’m so lucky this gem came to the neighborhood!

I had an amazing experience at Lady life pilates .As a first-timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the instructor was incredibly welcoming and guided the class in a way that made it easy to follow. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I left feeling both relaxed and energized. The class was well-paced, and modifications were offered for all levels, which made me feel comfortable as a beginner. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive and calming yoga experience. Can’t wait to come back!
